Find a current that fits your pace
Your swim system matters as much as your space.
Think about whether swimming is your main goal, one part of your routine, or something you want alongside family water time. Current strength, adjustment, and room for your stroke are useful things to compare.
Stream™: dedicated swim and spa pumps
Stream™ 13 and Stream™ 17 use one dedicated swim pump with two separate spa pumps. Compare the shorter and longer interiors, swim grab bar, and traction mat for the way you want to move.
Surf™: added control over your swim
Surf™ 17 uses two dedicated swim pumps and a 10-speed selector. Its extra-wide swim lane and lane extender jets give you a different swim-system option to evaluate.
Splash™: a different starting point
Splash™ 12 uses two Splash swim jets and bench seating in a mini-pool layout. Compare it around play, gathering, and gentle movement rather than assuming every model offers the same swim experience.
Swim in place.
A swim current gives you resistance without repeated turns. Ask about a demonstration or available wet-test opportunities to compare how the current feels for you.
Build a varied routine.
The water space can support aquatic movement, stretching, and exercise. Ask about compatible fitness accessories, what is included, and how they work with your selected model.
Leave room to enjoy it.
Compare usable water space alongside the exterior dimensions. The seating area, lane length, and entry points all affect how people share the swim spa.
A favorite seat after your swim
Move from the current to the comfort.
Jetted seating brings another way to enjoy the same water. Compare massage-seat placement and lounge space along with the swim lane, especially when different people want different experiences.
Stream™ seating with room to stretch out
Stream™ models include two hydromassage lounges, additional seating, and storage bins for goggles or toys. Compare the overhead plans to see how these areas sit beside the swim space.
Splash™ bench seating
Splash™ 12 combines dedicated hydromassage with bench seating for gathering. Its interior offers a different balance of open water and seating from the Stream™ models.
Choose the layout that fits your household
Seat depth, lounge fit, entry, and where people will sit matter as much as a model’s overall length. Ask about checking the fit of available models before choosing.
Know your water-care setup
Clear on the equipment. Clear on the routine.
Splash™ 12 uses MicroClean® Mini™ filtration, while Stream™ and Surf™ models use MicroClean® Ultra filtration. Water-treatment equipment also differs, so compare the exact configuration included in your quote.
Ask our team to explain ClearRay® UV-C or ClearRay Active Oxygen® equipment for your chosen model, along with filter replacement and the supplies you will need. Regular water testing, balancing, sanitizer use, and cleaning remain part of ownership.
A routine that can follow the seasons
Plan for a Central New York winter.
Insulation, heating, a suitable cover, and following the current owner’s manual support year-round use. Discuss temperature settings, access, snow clearance, and power-outage planning for your model.
Ask about heat-pump compatibility, available covers, and supported connected-control options. Confirm equipment, installation, and any subscription requirements in your quote. Running costs depend on your weather, usage, settings, electricity rates, and care routine.

Plan the project around the whole swim spa.
Bring us site photos, measurements, and your preferred model. We can help you work through the questions that turn a shortlist into a complete project quote.
Foundation and support.
A filled swim spa places a substantial load on its foundation. Confirm structural support, leveling, drainage, and access to equipment with the appropriate qualified professionals. A deck or recessed installation needs particular attention.
Delivery and power.
Measure the route from the road to the final location, including gates, turns, and overhead restrictions. Ask how placement will be handled. Confirm the model’s current electrical requirements with a qualified electrician.
Entry, cover, and service.
Allow room for steps, cover movement and storage, and maintenance access. Review any local permit or barrier requirements. These spaces matter in addition to the dimensions shown in the model comparison.
Compare the complete quote.
Ask which cover, steps, accessories, delivery services, and startup supplies are included. Confirm availability and timing, then review any foundation or electrical work you need to arrange. Visit us at 8145 Seneca Turnpike in Clinton to talk through your plans.

Sundance® Swim Spa questions, answered.
Use these answers to narrow your shortlist and prepare your questions for our team.
What is the difference between Splash™, Stream™, and Surf™?
Splash™ 12 is a mini-pool with two Splash swim jets and bench seating. Stream™ 13 and Stream™ 17 use one dedicated swim pump alongside separate spa pumps. Surf™ 17 adds two dedicated swim pumps, a 10-speed selector, and an extra-wide swim lane. Compare the interior layouts as well as the systems.
Are Splash™ 12 and Stream™ 13 different lengths?
The current manufacturer specification tables list both at 149 inches long and 92 inches wide. Splash™ 12 is listed at 49 inches high and Stream™ 13 at 50 inches high. Their interiors, water volumes, seating, and equipment differ. Use the actual specifications rather than the rounded model names.
Should I compare Stream™ 13 or Stream™ 17?
Compare the usable swim space and seating alongside your installation area. Stream™ 17 has a longer exterior footprint, with the same dedicated swim-and-spa pump approach. Ask about how the layouts feel for the people who will use the swim spa.
What makes Surf™ 17 different from Stream™ 17?
Both are listed at 209 × 92 × 53 inches. Surf™ 17 emphasizes swim control with two dedicated swim pumps, a 10-speed selector, and lane extender jets. Stream™ 17 uses one dedicated swim pump with two separate spa pumps. Equipment and the way the water moves are key comparison points.
Do these swim spas have separate swim and hot tub temperatures?
The models shown here combine swimming space and jetted seating in one body of water. They are not presented as separate-temperature dual-zone units. Discuss the temperature settings and usage routine that suit your plans.
Can a Sundance® Swim Spa be used through a New York winter?
They are designed for year-round use, with correct installation and care. Discuss the cover, heating, winter access, and operation in local conditions. Follow the current owner’s manual and talk through power-outage planning for your selected model.
What electrical setup will I need?
These models require dedicated electrical preparation. Requirements differ by model, configuration, and local rules. Confirm the current specifications and installation manual with our team, then have a qualified electrician review the complete setup.
What maintenance does a swim spa require?
Plan for water testing and balancing, sanitizer use, filter cleaning and replacement, cover care, and the maintenance schedule in the manual. Filtration and water-treatment equipment support that routine. Ask our team about the exact supplies and equipment for your model.
How much does a Sundance® Swim Spa cost?
Your local price depends on the model, options, current offers, and what is included in delivery and setup. Request pricing below and ask for an explanation of the spa price, cover, steps, accessories, placement, and preparation work.
