Hydrotherapy that starts with fit
The right massage begins with the right seat.
Jet count gives you one detail to compare. Where those jets sit, the way the water moves, and how comfortably your body rests in the seat help explain what the massage will feel like.
What makes Fluidix® different?
Fluidix® jets use air and water flow to create different massage sensations without moving parts inside the jet. Available across the 780™, 880™, and 980™ Series, the jet types and their placement differ by model.
Open seating or a lounge?
Open seating gives you upright positions and flexible places to sit together. A lounge lets you recline and stretch your legs. Compare the overhead plans, then ask about sitting in available showroom models to check your fit.
Think about everyone who will use it.
Seat depth, height, and legroom matter as much as the listed capacity. A compact spa for two and a larger model for family gatherings call for different layouts. Bring those preferences when you request pricing.
Understand the routine
Clear water starts with a clear plan.
A Sundance® hot tub combines filtration and water-treatment equipment with the care you provide between soaks. We will explain the system on your chosen model and help you understand the supplies and routine it needs.
MicroClean® filtration
Filter equipment changes across the lineup. Compare the 680™ Series Mini-compatible filter setup with the premium MicroClean® systems on higher series. Confirm the exact filter and replacement requirements for your model.
ClearRay Active Oxygen®
This system uses UV-C technology with active oxygen to support water treatment. It works alongside regular water testing, balancing, filter cleaning, and the sanitizer routine specified for your spa.
Ask about True Water®
True Water® is an optional water-care system on select models. Ask us to confirm compatibility, equipment, pricing, and the ongoing care requirements for the spa you are considering.
SmartTub® connected convenience
Stay connected to your spa.
With compatible SmartTub® equipment, you can check your hot tub from your phone, adjust supported settings, and receive useful reminders and alerts. It adds another way to manage the spa around your routine.
Compare remote temperature control, supported lighting and jet settings, and energy information with our team. We can explain what your chosen model includes, what requires an upgrade, and any subscription or connection requirements.

Make the whole setup picture perfect.
Shopping for a Sundance® hot tub in Clinton, New Hartford, or Whitesboro involves more than choosing a shell color. Bring us your shortlist and backyard details so we can work through the practical questions together.
Plan the placement.
Measure the spa location and delivery route. Allow for the cover, steps, service access, and the way people will move around the spa. Photos help us discuss a patio, yard, or deck layout with you.
Review the preparation.
A filled hot tub needs suitable structural support and the electrical setup specified for that model. Confirm foundation, drainage, permits, and power with the appropriate qualified professionals before installation.
Compare the complete quote.
Ask what is included in your spa price and how delivery, placement, the cover, accessories, and water-care supplies are handled. Confirm availability and timing for your exact model and configuration.

Before you choose
Sundance® questions.
Local answers.
Get clear on the lineup, ownership, and your next step.
What is the difference between the four Sundance® series?
The 680™ Series focuses on everyday relaxation and essential features. The 780™ Series adds Fluidix® massage and additional comfort details. The 880™ Series offers seven layouts with premium massage and filtration. The 980™ Series combines low-profile styling, a lounge deck, and flagship details. Exact equipment varies by model and configuration.
How much does a Sundance® hot tub cost?
Your price depends on the model, configuration, selected options, current offers, and what is included in delivery and setup. Request pricing below for a local quote. Ask our team to explain the spa price, accessories, preparation, and ongoing ownership costs separately.
Which Sundance® hot tubs fit a smaller space?
Start by comparing Alicia™ and Prado® in the 680™ Series, Dover™ in the 780™ Series, and Capri® in the 880™ Series. Review the actual dimensions in the catalogue, then add room for entry, the cover, delivery, and service access. A smaller footprint still needs careful placement.
Is open seating better than a lounge?
The right layout depends on who will use the hot tub and how you like to sit. Open seating offers upright positions and flexibility for groups. A lounge supports a reclined position. Compare the layouts and ask about checking the fit of available showroom models.
Do all Sundance® hot tubs have Fluidix® jets?
Fluidix® jets are featured in the 780™, 880™, and 980™ Series. The 680™ Series uses a different massage lineup. Compare jet types and placement on the individual model rather than choosing only by the total jet count.
Is True Water® included with every Sundance® model?
No. True Water® is an optional system on select models. Ask our team to confirm compatibility and the exact water-care configuration for the model you want. All systems require the care routine specified by the manufacturer.
Can I use a Sundance® hot tub in a New York winter?
Many owners plan for year-round use. Proper installation, a suitable cover, water care, and following the current owner’s manual are essential. Talk through winter operation, cover access, snow clearance, and power-outage planning for your particular model.
What electrical preparation will I need?
Electrical requirements vary by model and configuration. Confirm the current specifications and manual with our team, then have a qualified electrician review the circuit, protection, disconnect, and local requirements. The model name alone does not determine the complete electrical setup.
